TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A. Conditions of Payment

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the charter/cruise fee is required to secure your booking.
• A provisional booking is only kept for 7 days from the date of booking.
• Full payment to be received at least 3 days before the charter/cruise.
• Number of passengers must be confirmed no later than 72 hrs before

B. Cancellation

• A 100% cancellation fee will be levied if the charter/cruise is cancelled by the charterer within 1 week of the charter/cruise or if there is a no show at the scheduled departure time.
• The deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs before one month of charter date.
• If a charter is cancelled due to bad weather or the skipper deems it not safe for the charter to take place, any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
• Tigresse Cruises will try to arrange an alternative as best it can, should the trip be cancelled due to bad weather.

C. Catering and Bar

• A 10% service fee will be charged on the bar bill (to pay staff etc)
• All catering to be finalised 2 days before charter.
• All bar tabs to be settled before disembarking.
• No beverages are allowed to be brought aboard the vessel without prior arrangements.

D. General

• Tigresse Cruises cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of personal goods.
• Tigresse Cruises reserves the right to charge for pilferage or damage to the vessel and/or its equipment and instrumentation.
• All passengers, once aboard the vessel, fall under the direct authority of the Skipper and vessel owners and undertake to comply with any requests and/or instructions issued to them by such persons.
• Passengers undertake, at all times, to respect the environment and will not intentionally pollute, damage or otherwise harm sea life and the surrounding environment.
